Noteworthy, OSPI claims in a number of written correspondence the PrinciPALS was never produced. McCune authored the book with grant funds, however when I requested a copy they denied its existence. The OSPI June 3, 2005 letter noted, " As always, we are committed to upholding the public disclosure laws of the State of Washington and have complied with your many requests for documents, notes and emails regarding the work of OSPI."
Hmm! Someone at OSPI is not complying with Public Disclosure laws.
When I requested to receive all documents associated to the Unity Project OSPI did not provide the contracts and institute critiques that were associated to Carkhuff and his New Science of Possibilities Training Institutes. The OSPI did not realize that in a previous request of Andrew Griffin emails there were a few emails that had the following documents:
WHERE ARE ALL THE CRITIQUES AND CONTRACTS? OSPI claims they honor public disclosure requests.
I finally received the critiques, they all of a sudden existed.
